Calibration-grade AI.

Most AI in metrology is marketing. We're building the version that actually holds up — AI that fits inside an ISO/IEC 17025 lab, defends its outputs the way we defend a measurement, and integrates with the tools we already use to run the work.

The thesis

If it can't pass an audit, it can't leave the lab

An ISO/IEC 17025 lab lives or dies by traceability. Every measurement has to be defensible. Every nonconformance has to be documented. Every revision has to be controlled. Most AI tools were not built for that world. We're building the ones that are.

01 · Traceability

AI that records its work

Prompt provenance, output logs, version-controlled evaluations. When an auditor asks how a recommendation was generated, the answer exists — with timestamps, sources, and the model used. Built to the standard of evidence the lab is already held to.

02 · Integration

Where calibration data already lives

Designed to integrate with MET/TEAM, MET/CAL, MET/CONNECT, and CalStudio — not replace them. AI augments the calibration workflow at the points where it adds real productivity: triage, narrative drafting, anomaly review.

03 · Discipline

Loops, not chatbots

Governed agent loops with strict output schemas, iteration caps, and programmatic guardrails. The lab supervisor can read the loop and predict what it will produce. That's the standard.

Where we apply it

Inside the workflows the lab actually runs

Use case 01

Nonconformance triage

AI reviews out-of-tolerance findings, suggests root-cause categories, and drafts CAPA narratives for technician review — accelerating the paperwork without dropping the standard.

Use case 02

Calibration-interval analysis

Statistical analysis of historical calibration data to recommend interval adjustments aligned with NCSL Z540 — with the uncertainty math shown, not hidden.

Use case 03

Quote and proposal drafting

AI-assisted drafting of quotes, scope statements, and proposals pulled from MET/TEAM history — reducing the lift on repeat work without losing customer-specific nuance.

Use case 04

Procedure and document control

AI-assisted authoring of work instructions, calibration procedures, and audit responses — with version control, change-log generation, and traceability back to the source standard.

“A calibration result is only useful if it's defensible. Same standard for AI. If the AI can't show its work, it doesn't belong in the lab.”

For labs, prime contractors, and federal customers

Bring AI into your calibration program.

We work with labs, manufacturers, and federal programs that need AI deployed inside an existing quality system — not on top of one. ISO/IEC 17025-aligned by construction.
